JOHN S. SCHROEDER

Owner, President, Principal


John founded S&S in 1986. Prior to starting S&S John had worked for several firms in the electronics manufacturing and software business. By virtue of John’s Masters Degree in Chemistry his employers had called on him to participate heavily in environmental projects as they became part of the fabric of American business.

John is the key man on each project S&S undertakes. He works in a complete hands-on manner. With his degrees from Butler University in Indianapolis Indiana, John is a California Registered Environmental Assessor, and a Certified Permitting Professional in the South Coast Air Quality Management District. He is also a member of several professional organizations and honorariums.

William S. Grow, Associate

Bill has a BS in Chemical Engineering from UC Davis, a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from Cal State Sacramento. Bill is a certified Civil and Chemical Engineer.

Bill's capabilities enable us to tackle virtually any environmental project that requires an engineer's stamp. He is experienced in design and certification of hazardous waste system of a wide variety.
